Following on from the recent IC247 GmbH live stream internet TV concert broadcasts (Tonhalle Orchester Zürich, Stubete am See, tonhalleLATE, Davos Festival, Musique Cordiale etc), we would like to invite you to participate in a Free (Gratis) live stream demonstration to be held either at the IC247 GmbH offices in Zug, Switzerland or at a time and place to suit you (perhaps one of your locations, or on a free day soon). The live internet TV concerts from Switzerland we have streamed so far have been really well received with over 10,000 live viewers each time (last week Weihnachtssingen received over 31,000 live viewers) and we would like to continue to stream more Swiss culture events to the world!

Live stream classic concert and dance party

The 29th October 2010 is the night of tonhalleLATE – an interesting mix of a late classical music concert, under the baton of David Zinman followed by dancing into the night with Henrik Schwarz providing electronic sounds live, together with members of the Tonhalle Orchestra.

IC247 will be streaming the event live from around 9pm (GMT plus 1) from this link so if you cannot get to the concert in person, feel free to click the link and watch from home.

Swiss folk music live stream

We were invited to come along and stream the Stubete am See folk music festival live from the Tonhalle Zurich. The Stubete am See festival is a popular 2 day Swiss folk music festival where REAL Swiss folk music is played, performed and showcased. A lot of the music was traditional Swiss folk music with experimental twists. There were many different acts live to see from Bauschänzli and from the Tonhalle Zurich.

There were choirs, clowns, singers, classical musicians, music from the middle ages and from today and the hall was full. Our online stream broadcast from the Tonhalle reached 11800 viewers, with 10000 alone coming from the Ustream featured live stream on their homepage.

Live classical music stream from Musique Cordiale

Musique Cordiale from Seillans, France is a beautiful classical music festival organised by Pippa Pawlik from www.pppr.net and is based in and around towns and villages near to Nice, in Provence. We were invited to come along and stream live the Cosi fan Tutte opera, staged by Vignette Productions and also the church concert and opera the following day.

Ustream.tv backed us all the way with a wonderful featured live broadcast on their homepage (see image below) and through the genius of the Tricaster and other nice streaming equipment, the support in getting a good internet upload to the town from the mayor and the hard work of all involved, the stream reached over 9000 viewers.

We had a fabulous time and would like to say a big thanks to all those who made the Musique Cordiale live stream possible – you know who you are!

Live Stream experience Davos Festival 2010

Last week the ic247 team were invited to stream live from the Michael Haefliger wish concert from Davos festival.

Due to the last minute nature of the streaming request and the timings of the evening concert the night before we came in with the Tricaster, 3 Sony cameras, the gang and worked through the night testing, setting up and making sure everything was good to go live at 11 am the next morning!

Big thanks to Dolores Mark and Graziella Contratto from Davos Festival. Thanks also to Mr. Morosani from the Morosani Schweizerhof hotel for his support and assistance throughout the whole project.
